- We do not guarantee refunds for any transactions processed through the Service

Service Fees
- Service fees charged by DonorLog are generally non-refundable
- Refunds may be provided at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances
8. Limitations of Liability

- Any damages or losses resulting from the use of third-party services
- Service interruptions or outages of third-party providers

Processing Delays and Outages
We are not liable for:
- Delays in payment processing
- Service outages or technical difficulties
- Loss of data due to system failures
- Interruptions in service availability
Limitation of Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Maximum Liability

Restrictions
